Where does the event take place?

At the Panama City Beach Event Center at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

Is there a room block?

No. Edgewater is a condo resort, and a room block isn't cost-effective for this holiday weekend. Choose the hotel or condo that works best for your plans. Nearby walkable options include Edgewater Beach Resort and Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach.

Are there companion tickets?

We don't offer a separate companion ticket. General Admission is $75 and VIP is $175. If a partner is joining you for a signing session, they'll need their own ticket. Check the ticket listing for what each option includes.

The schedule includes a break between signing sessions so you can unload books before the afternoon session. We limit ticket sales to keep the space comfortable for readers.

Can I volunteer?

Yes. Complete the volunteer interest form to let us know you're interested.

Can an author join the lineup?

Authors can submit the author interest and waitlist form.
