2. Returns for Damaged Products
We do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged. If your product qualifies for a return due to damage, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item. Please do not return any product without prior authorization from our Customer Support Team.
3. Refunds
If your damaged product is eligible for a return and you prefer a refund, we will process the refund as follows:
